Coronavirus Impact

Friendship Baptist Church – Gathering together again!

The leadership team here at FBC continues to actively monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19, and we are prayerfully charting the reopening path going forward.  It is our desire to facilitate a responsible and safe atmosphere for those who choose to assemble and worship on-site with us at Friendship Baptist Church.  In addition to our onsite Sunday morning services, we will begin having other activities available as indicated by the schedule below.

Wondering what to expect when you arrive?  Click here to watch a helpful video.

Mask Information: FBC leadership strongly recommends, but does not require, the use of face masks at all times while indoors. Participants may remove their face masks during the preaching portion of the service and put them back on when preaching concludes. We believe it is important that we “mask up” to be cooperative with current guidelines regarding COVID-19.

Extra Teaching Resources

Visit our Adult Bible Fellowships playlist on YouTube for extra teaching that we hope will be a help and encouragement to you.  We’ve listed a description of two topics that are covered in the videos.

  • “Change and Grow”
    • “You’ve been changed…but you are to be changing and growing until you see Jesus.” We hope this series, taught by Pastor DeAngelo, will be a help and encouragement to you. You can find each video of this series on our YouTube channel as it is released.
  • “Transforming Prayer”
    • Is something missing in your prayer life? Biblical, worship-based prayer will change your prayer life and you. This study, taught by Pastor Brondyke, is based on Daniel Henderson’s book “Transforming Prayer”.

As a supplemental resource, you can print out each lesson’s age-appropriate activity page here relevant to three different groups: 3-4s, K5-3rd, and 4th-5th. The Gospel Project has graciously allowed churches to use these resources in this way during this unprecedented time.

About Friendship Baptist Church

Our purpose is to make much of our Lord Jesus Christ and His gospel through the preaching of His Word and the making of disciples. At Friendship Baptist Church (FBC) we teach the Bible in order to facilitate spiritual growth in all of God’s people and to provide opportunities for Christian fellowship. God has graciously used Friendship to further His work both locally and across the globe since 1965.
