Please make plans to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ with us Easter Sunday morning, March 31, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. as we hear selections from Handel’s Messiah presented by the Friendship Baptist Church choir and orchestra.
While Handel’s Messiah is traditionally associated with Christmas, its themes of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ also make it well suited for a reflective yet joyous Easter celebration.
