According to the National Hurricane Center (NHC), the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season is expected to have 23 named storms, 11 of which could become hurricanes, and at least five of those could become major hurricanes with winds of at least 111 mph

The season is also expected to have a 62% chance of a major hurricane making landfall along the U.S. coastline—19% higher than average.

Please plan to join us once again as we collect supplies to help in times of disaster and share the gospel!

What: Food drive for disaster relief

When:

  • Wed, May 8 @ 7 pm – Meet in the Welcome Center to prepare Joseph Project bags for distribution
  • Wed, May 15 @ 7 pm – Meet in the Welcome Center to give out Joseph Project bags to homes that have participated in previous years
  • Wed, May 22 @ 7 pm – Meet in the Welcome Center to pick up Joseph Project bags from homes that have participated in previous years
  • Wed, June 12 @ 7 pm – Meet in the Welcome Center to give out Joseph Project bags in neighborhoods around church
  • Wed, June 19 @ 7 pm – Meet in the Welcome Center to pick up Joseph Project bags
